Tenacity app for iPhone and iPad

Tenacity’s Clients for Life® app helps account managers keep the clients and contracts their companies have worked so hard to get. It allows users to enter and track key account management information based on the Clients for Life® client retention process (http://clientretention.com/). Individual client and contract profiles are created allowing users to easily enter and track key client expectations and results, map important contact relationships (the Web of Influence®), archive relevant contact data and monitor specific Warning Signs that historically threaten their business. Timely alerts and reminders give account managers and other stakeholders the tools needed to effectively manage their client relationships. Custom reports, data analytics and other downloads are available for external analysis.
